|Recommended: NoThere is a consistent pattern of maintenance problems throughout the complex, many of which remain unresolved for extended periods of time. Residents are often left waiting months for necessary repairs, forcing them to live with conditions that affect their comfort and well-being.
In addition, there is a concerning perception among residents that submitting maintenance requests may lead to delayed responses or unfavorable treatment. This creates a sense of hesitation and discomfort when reporting issues that should otherwise be addressed promptly and professionally.

|Recommended: YesOne Month In — I have lived here one month so far and I have no complaints. The staff is amazing and it seems to be pretty peaceful so far. I have had no issues and my neighbors seem pretty chill. I'm glad I took the chance and chose this community.

|Recommended: YesThis is my second time living at this property I absolutely love the location and the sorrounding oak trees the property is very well maintained and clean the office staff ladies are extremely helpful and informative maintenance can be sluggish at times but again the office ladies communicate that to you overall this is a really nice place to call home I’m currently doing this review as I do my laundry in the nicely air conditioned laundry area that is kept very clean. Only thing is I wish there was a table to fold clothes on or a little bench or chair to sit on I would definitely highly recommend this property as a place to settle down and call home if you are currently looking
